Daily Make-up Routine!

Disclaimer: Photo's from google images apart from the selfie ofc haha but all opinions/post are my own words :-)

Hey guys! I'm back with another make-up themed blog post :-) I'm just really enjoying make-up lately!
So I thought I'd do my daily make-up routine. Hope you enjoy x

-I first prep my face. I do this by moisturizing with the simple light moisturiser which I LOVE & also use my stay matte primer.

-I then go in with my Revlon Colour stay foundation in the shade "Buff" and blend that in to my skin with a beauty blender.

-To set that I use Rimmel London Stay Matte powder to also stay matte all day long. This works great for me and also gives a medium-full coverage look.

-I then use my MUA bronzer to bronze up my face. I bronze everywhere you would contour to add colour and dimension to my face.

-I then go in with my make-up revolution baked highlighter to add a glow to my face and to highlight features. I add highlight to the top of my cheeks, down my nose and just above my lip.

-So finished with face. I then go on to my brows! I use the number 3 shade in this little palette I picked up so long ago, can't even remember! I am looking for a new brow product to try out though so any suggestions let me know :)

-Now eyes! My favourite bit..I wear a winged eyeliner everyday :-) I use the make-up revolution black liquid eyeliner to create this look.

-I then give my lashes a quick curl then apply some mascara :-) as my natural lashes are soooo blonde!! I have been using "rimmel london scandal eyes" but ran out so on the look for a new mascara!! any great recommendations?

-Lastly, OFC lipstick to bring everything together :-) this is my go to everyday lipstick! I just love the nudey pink colour of this. It's Calvin Klein in the shade "First Kiss".

And that is everything I use :-) & OFC everyone loves a selfieeeee! :P

Take care,

I HAVE TO SHARE THIS WITH YOU GUYS!

I don't know about you but I love a good Ebay find.. especially when it comes to make-up!

I am make-up obsessed lately guys :-P

I picked up 2 things of eBay because I thought.."Hey, why not?!"

So let's get into it...

So I have been seeing so much about contouring lately..being able to contour your nose to make it look slimmer, your forehead to make it look smaller, your jaw to make it look more defined and to hide a double chin & your cheeks to show them cheekbones..AMAZING!

But as I've never tried contouring before I thought I'd try find a cheaper alternative to play around with so that's what I did :-P

THIS PALETTE WAS ONLY £2.51 & LOOK AT THE BLOOD PIGMENT!!!!

It's so creamy and beautiful! I didn't expect much from this palette at all..but I was more than surprised! highly recommend buying if you are just wanting to have a play about with contouring :-)

The second thing I found were some make-up brushes and I just couldn't get them..

 They are PINK, SUPER SOFT & ONLY £4.95!! Best money I've ever spent :-) these brushes are A M A Z I N G :D the quality is great!

100% worth the buy, If you guys never tend to go on eBay, give it a shot because the bargains are unreal!!

I hope you guys liked this little blog, I love sharing my beauty bargains with you!!

10 Beauty Hacks!

Nothing beats a good old beauty hack! What's better than a beauty hack which will make your life easier..RESULT!

Here's 10 of my favourite. Hope you enjoy trying these out!

1. Apply Vaseline on pressure points before spraying perfume.

This is such a good quick idea to make your perfume last longer. Applying the Vaseline helps hold the perfumes scent longer throughout your day.

2. Use a hair dryer on your eyelash curlers.

Using a hair dryer on your eyelash curlers is brilliant. Warming up the eyelash curlers before using them really helps curl them much easier and last longer I feel.

3. Gloopy nail varnishes?

Don't throw away your gloopy nail varnishes. Just add a tad of nail varnish remover, give it a shake! & there you go :-) good as new!

4. Want your lipstick to last all day?

Apply your favourite lipstick. Hold a piece of tissue over your lips and dust with abit of translucent powder :-) then your all ready to go!

5. Wanting super soft feet all year round..

Don't we all! before bed apply Vaseline all over the feet (for a minty scent add a few drops of peppermint oil to your Vaseline) simply then apply clean socks then go to sleep, in the morning your feet should feel silky soft. for a scrub just apply salt or sugar :-) works a treat!

6. Sick of your bobby pins sliding out..

Spray your bobby pins before use with some hairspray or dry shampoo for a better hold :)

7. Make coconut oil your bestfriend

Coconut is amazing, trust me! you can use it for so much things you'll be surprised :O so example..

Use as a hair mask to nourish and add shine to hair (apply a generous amount, leave in for 5 minutes, wash out).

Use all over the body for a moisturiser or add essential/aromatherapy oils for an massage mix.

Apply a pea sized amount onto fingers warm it up, then brush fingers through hair to fight frizz.

8. Preventing messy eyeshadow & eyeliner..

Use a piece of tape from the corner of your eye up to the end of your eyebrow. Apply your eyeshadow and use the tape as a guide line for a perfect winged eyeliner look. When the tape is removed the eye look will look instantly tidy.

9. Bigger eyes?

Want your eyes to look bigger and brighter? avoid using black eyeliner on the top and bottom as this will make your eyes look smaller. Use a black liner on top to make eyes stand out and a white eyeliner in your water liner to give the illusion of a bigger brighter eye.

10. bad hair day..aaah!!

No time to wash your hair? Ran out of dry shampoo? Don't worry ladies!! It happens to us all..TALC is a great alternative. just sprinkle some onto the roots of your hair and run your fingers through to even it out. It works exactly the same as dry shampoo making your hair look fresh. RESULT!!

I hope you enjoy these beauty hacks & let me know if any of these work for you or you have a great beauty hacks :)

Take care,

MAKE-UP REVOLUTION PRODUCT REVIEW!

So if you haven't already heard of 'Make-Up Revolution' It's an affordable make-up line that sell just about everything!! From Foundations, Brushes, Eye-shadow Palettes & Lipsticks etc. I think they only have their products in superdrug if i'm correct (don't hold me against that haha) but I thought I'd pick up a few bits :-)

Little Disclaimer: All photo's and opinions are my own. Products were bought with my own money.

Let's get started..

I first picked up the 'Make-Up Revolution-Vivid baked highlighter' In the colour Golden Lights. My first impression of this was how I loved the packaging as the writing was gold, how beautiful the shimmer was and the shell pattern of the highlighter. It's beautifully pigmented for the price at only £3!! SO AFFORDABLE. It gives the tops of your cheeks such a natural dewy glow which looks stunning. 8/10 for definite.

I also picked up 2 lipsticks. A purple one in the shade 'Scandalous Depraved' and a more nude colour in the shade 'Nude'. To be completely honest I wasn't very blown away by these lipsticks and know they are better lipsticks in the range but I picked these up as they were only £1. I found even though they was quite pigmented they didn't tend to stick to the lip and definitely were not a long lasting lipstick. They smudge very easy. I will keep giving them ago but so far I would only rate them an 5/10.

I picked up a mascara which was the 'Make-up Revolution Amazing Volume'. I'm really not a big fan of this mascara which I expect much from it only being £2 but you've gotta try these things! It's a great pigmented intense black but I find it's just too much and it clumps on the brush making it hard to apply. It also takes quite a while to dry so ends up being very messy. This would be a cheap ideal mascara for anyone trying out/getting into make-up. 3/10 wouldn't buy again.

The last thing I picked up was an liquid eyeliner as I am a HUGE fan of liquid eyeliner and it was ony £1.50!! & I must say for a £1.50 eyeliner I can't fault it. It's great. Glides on really nice and is very pigmented. Dries quite quick say and doesn't dry shiny and wet looking which I love!! It doesn't smudge either unless wet. Overall great affordable product. 9/10 would definitely buy again for the price.

These are all I have tried so far but since my shopping trip 'Make-up Revolution' have released new products I would LOVE to try like the stunning eyeshadow palettes and the beautiful lip lacquer lipsticks. I sense a shopping trip :P

Hope you guys enjoyed this little review

Take care,

LUSH TWILIGHT!

So my dad & his partner went to London last weekend & bought me back some Lush bath bombs. They know me so well :P
Lush Products are my favourite things to receive as gifts.

I tried out the twilight bath bomb tonight :-)
& Took pictures for you guys OFC!

This bath bomb is extremely pretty with it's dusty pink colour covered in moons & stars! I thought this would be a perfect kinda bath bomb to have in a bath before settling down for an early night.

When I first picked this up I wasn't too keen on the scent. To me it smelt quite musky. (that's a word right?!) but I'd heard good things about this bath bomb!

When I popped it in the bath the musky smell wasn't as strong and smelt almost refreshing. It swirls around the bath leaving beautiful colours of pink and blue. Leaving the water a beautiful shimmery deep purple.

Reminded me of galaxy colours ♥_

I loved watching this transform my bath bomb! Every 'Lush' bath is a good bath :P

I think this bath bomb was around the £3 something range again. Which is brilliant! :D it left an almost shimmer on my skin afterwards too!

I would recommend trying this but it definitely only to certain peoples liking :)

I will also have a Lush Sakura & a Lush The Experimenter review coming soon :) so watch this space!

Take care,

Tanya xo

LUSH FIZZBANGER!

So I'm in such a blogging mood tonight :-) & OFC it's a Lush review. You all know how much I LOVE Lush.

I recently picked up the 'FizzBanger' bath bomb & oh em gee I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!

It smells absolutely amazing. I would describe the smell as citrussy. I felt so relaxed with this in my bath and it turned the water a beautiful green colour.

The way the colours fizzed out together was amazing and it had a crackle which reminded me of fireworks! who doesn't love fireworks?! AMAZING!
This bath bomb was around £3.35 :) which is really inexpensive for what it is. It is really beneficial on the body as it calm the breathing, slow the heartbeat and reduce feelings of anxiety.

You guys should definitely try this out!

Budget Fancy Dress Idea..

So this weekend I have a hen party to go to &  it's fancy dress which I know can sometime be expensive :-) so I thought why not make it into a blog post for you guys to maybe get some ideas from..

So the fancy dress idea we all picked was cheerleaders :)

Some pictures are taken by me personally & some are off the internet.

1. I ordered a cheerleading outfit which I found on Ebay.com which was only £9.89!! *BARGAIN* plus it already came with pom poms *DOUBLE BARGAIN*

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/251611098973?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&var=550513508911&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

2. I started to pick up make-up bits to go with my outfit :)
So first I picked up a purple make-up revolution lipstick. This lipstick is       such a beautiful colour and looks perfect with this outfit.
I went on to further pick up lashes, eyeshadow and liquid eyeliner..
I did a practice make-up look on the bride to be for her hen night!
      Nothing was over £1.

3. We then decided on hair..PIGTAILS OF COURSE!

*Example Picture*

4. White Converse & Frilly Socks

We thought this would be the best idea plus it they go perfect with our outfit!
No sore feet on a night out? RESULT!!

Frilly Socks £1 & White Converse £45 but plain white pumps work the same and are under £10.

& 5. The perfect thing for a nightout!

A BUM BAG OFC! I hate carrying around clutch bags especially in busy bars and clubs. So I thought bum bags would be perfect for us hens as these just perfectly sit on your waist! We picked up ours for £3.99 from the festival section at home bargains!

I hope this helps anyone with upcoming fancy dress events that just want abit of inspiration to not having to spend a bomb & still look good :)
Let me know what you think.

BOOKS I'VE BEEN LOVING..

So recently I've really got back into reading, I used to look getting into a good book growing up then I guess it stopped in the last few years with GCSE's then 2 years of college. But I've set myself a challenge to turn off the internet after a certain time and do some reading before I go to sleep :-)

Recently I've been LOVING these books!!
& I would recommend every single one.

1. Girl Online by Zoe Sugg aka Zoella.

For those who you that don't know who Zoe Sugg (Zoella) is (WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN?!) just kidding :-) Zoe Sugg is an English fashion and beauty vlogger, author, and internet personality. She is best known by her fans on YouTube as Zoella. Girl Online was released in November 2014.

So in my own words (I'm no good at this) haha but this book is a Novel about a teenage girl called Penny who suffers from panic attacks and anxiety. She also has a blog which no-one knows about apart from her bestfriend Elliott which she signs anonymous as 'Girl online xo'. Penny blogs about all sorts of things like friendship, boys, high school and family. When all kinds of dramas start going on at high school and between her "friends" her family whisks her away to New York. This is she meets Noah. He is a local american boy and penny soon falls head over heels for him. And without giving away the book Noah has a secret that threatens to ruin penny's cover and closest friendships.

I was pulled in throughout this book from start to finish and didn't want to put it down. It is definitely your typical teenage book. And my 14 & 15 years old sisters also loved this book. I can't wait to read Girl Online 2 and see where Penny & Noah go from where it left off :-) I read this book in 2 days as I just couldn't put it down. This book was £12.99 from WHSmiths when it came out but I think it has dropped in price now so grab it while you can! OR if you've read this book? LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THOUGHT I'D LOVE TO KNOW

2. The Fault In Our Stars By John Green.

I Read this book a while ago before watching the film last year but recently I've reached for it to read again and enjoyed it just like the first time I've read it! This book really is a roller coaster of emotions from laughter to tears. Hazel has terminal cancer and her mum asks her to consider attending the local 'cancer kid support group' which Hazel isn't clever on the idea but goes to make her mum happy. But Hazel's story is about to completely rewritten when she meets Augustus who also has cancer. They become very good friends and also with Isaac who also has cancer. They create lots of memories together but then there is a big plot twist that has you sobbing. I'll leave you with that. You HAVE to read this book It's just beautifully written. I never wanted to put it down and it is also one of those books I will happily re-read. I also enjoyed the film but it was nothing on the book. But no film ever beats the book version. This book was £7.99 when I purchased.
WHAT DID YOU THINK OF THIS BOOK? ROLLER COASTER OF EMOTIONS RIGHT?

3. Love, Tanya By Tanya Burr.

OMG I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS BOOK!
I would literally describe it as every girls bible, it has everything in it!
For those of you who do not not who Tanya Burr is..

Tanya Burr is an English fashion & beauty vlogger, blogger, make-up artist and writer. She is best known for her make-up and fashion channel on YouTube.

This book is almost a auto-biography but without the whole boring auto-biography vibe. Let me start by saying how beautiful every single photo is. Safe to say Tanya is absolutely STUNNING. The contents includes: Prologue, Growing up, Skincare essentials, Make-up essentials, Hair and Nail essentials, Fashion, Love, Life, Baking & Recipes, Confidence & Happiness, YouTube, Looking forwards, Ask Tanya (Q&A) and Acknowledgements. Every single chapter is amazing. She gives you so much inspiration, advice and you learn so much about her. My favourite chapters of this book were (VERY HARD TO PICK AS I LOVED THEM ALL) hmmm, I loved the baking & recipes chapter as it was so beautifully set out and I am yet to try some of the yummy recipes, Love as it was just so cute reading about how Tanya & Jim met and confidence & happiness as I felt this topic is very important and it was lovely to read about. Every teenage girl NEEDS this book. I promise you, you will NOT be disappointed. I LOVE Tanya's YouTube Channel and never miss a video.
#SupportingTheYoutubers ;)

So yeah, These are the 3 books I've been loving! HIGHLY recommend. Please Let me know what you think of them too if you have read them :-)

Take care,
Tanya xo

Today I went for a trip into town and OFC i went into my favourite shop of all..

Garnier Facial Toner Review

So lately I've been trying out the Garnier facial toner as I fancied a change from my simple one :) I'm not usually one for changing up my routine but I am really liking this toner.

This toner was £1.99 which i purchased from body care in my local town.
It is enriched with Lotus Flower which you can definitely smell, it smells really fresh, and Moringa extracts.
The packaging is nothing special but tells you everything you need to know about the product.
The toner I picked is for normal to combination skin :)
This products tones & brightens the appearance of skin & also has no parabens! I find this amazing to use after cleansing my face to take away any excess product left of the skin and it does a brilliant job!
You use this product by applying it on to a cotton pad and wiping over the whole face, it's really simple :)

If you are looking for a high street/drug store toner to add to your skin care routine I would definitely recommend this one :) it does exactly what it says on the bottle & is so cheap!!
